I have been married for over 30 years and am the father of two young-adult children. I have two Springer Spaniels and a rescued cat and I am a lover of puzzles and board games. My therapeutic experience includes working as a therapist in a non-profit residential substance use facility for adolescents and young adults with co-occurring mental health disorders; working with youths and young adults with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asperger’s Syndrome); being a therapist and group facilitator in a for-profit adult substance abuse (residential and outpatient) program; and psychotherapy with youths and adults in various private practice settings including a Family Wellness Center and a Psychiatric Wellness Center.
